We definitely have to get to smart contracts that do have a way for the beginner user who does not know code to be able to understand this smart contract is safe for them to use.
Having audits too would be a way for the end user to know that the code does not have a back door or an obvious bug that may not be known. But I agree the Factory Smart contracts do bring with them a certain amount of built in Trust that happens because of those who have repeatedly tested the smart contract.
