A government default would be terrible but after what when have seen the past year and 1/2 nothing would surprise me.
In this article it says Democrats are trying to avoid that while also advancing major legislation that would shape the nation for the next 10 years.
Possible government shut down this Friday. 
I guess we just got to wait and see!
