We have been working with an audit company to make sure our Intercoin Applications are secure. You can see all the results listed here:
While no one can guarantee to have caught all bugs, it is important to have outside audits, especially of immutable code on the blockchain that will be used by a lot of people. That said, Intercoin’s use cases typically involve lots people moving around small amounts of currency frequently, rather than giant amounts locked somewhere. So if exploits are found, they won’t be as costly as, say the recent hacks for $600 million and $400 million that have been taking place. People would be able to move their currency elsewhere, because it’s not all stored at one address.
