I have always been intrigued by Intercoin’s vision, from its blockchain technology to the revolution aspect.

As for cities adopting their own token I personally felt as if that phase was years away.

But after reading this I know the time is NOW! These days the domino effect happens quickly and nothing moves quicker than cryptocurrency & blockchain technology.

We need to find research to quantify the benefits of city tokens. It increases local re investment for sure, but the question is – by how much?

With what happened in 2020 and what we are experiencing in 202 with the inflation of $$$, this is the best time for cities, governments and communities issue their own digital currency and use it to empower their local economy.
