Jose Risi - AKA Tech - is a native New Yorker and first-generation American to Dominican immigrants.
Tech is a results-driven technology leader with over twenty-two years of experience building data systems for the US government and the public. He has committed his life to and firmly believes that “one must develop technology and leaders to succeed in the digitized world.”
Tech is a casual and direct IT leader known for motivating and driving people to action. He has a a master’s degree from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and is an alumnus and ambassador of Washington DC’s Strayer University.
