Intercoin question, small community publishers

I have a question about the scope of the community that Intercoin can accommodate.

Is there a scenario where local media publishers (city zines, for example, or even city newspapers) could run an intercoin economy with their online audience but also local neighborhoods? I hope my question makes sense, idea would be the community or city newspapers as digital publishers would become the hub for the marketplace and community using intercoin.

Yes they could, we do community currencies. So, if you have a community based on local media publishers and its something that brings people together, we can definitely find a lot of use cases.
